Working with the President and his 4 senior executive team members over 12 months, I developed a bespoke team development programme focused on clarifying the organisations Vision and Values, building greater trust and accountability, and embedding coaching behaviours, through a series of face to face and virtual engagements. Global Energy Company – Sales Team Effectiveness Programme
Designed and implemented the global programme to provide practical and results-focused training and tools for the sales organisation of over 1000 people. Built easy-to-use frameworks, guidance and training materials and worked with a core team to develop and deliver the in-field sales coaching course.
Stated by the Vice President, this programme was instrumental in supporting the organisation’s move to market leader with growth to 13% market share.
Industrial Manufacturing Company - Technical Support Teams Development Programme
Led the development of a blended learning program for Technical Support team members across multiple countries. Delivered online development resources, training for the local lead facilitators, and managed the roll out of the programme to ensure full embedding. This programme had over 1600 eLearning completions within the first year of launch and won the prestigious Brandon Hall Excellence Award for Best Blended Learning Program.
