Melanie (Dom) Blyth
Melanie passionately believes that people make businesses, not the other way round.
Starting her career door-to-door selling in Phoenix USA, Melanie has since led commercial teams in global companies such as 3M and Royal Dutch Shell and in smaller local businesses, across multiple B2B (business to business) sectors, with colleagues from a diverse range of countries and cultural backgrounds, throughout her 25 year career. With a life-long passion for developing herself and coaching others, Melanie has most recently completed courses in Psychology of Group Facilitation and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Business.
Melanie is now using her extensive experience and real-life pragmatism to bring her collaborative, curious, caring and customer-focused approach to help many more teams reach their potential. She works with senior executive and commercial teams to build greater team effectiveness and drive empowerment and results in their own organisations.
With a love of travelling and experiencing different cultures, having visited over 50 countries and worked in 5 of them, Melanie has a passion and empathy for diverse perspectives and views. She leverages this approach to encourage an environment of inclusion in all the teams she touches.
